Brendan Hughes is the Founder and CEO of Fractional Edge, with more than 25 years of experience leading digital transformation and commercial operations across PLCs, startups, and scale-ups.
He has held senior leadership roles including CEO, Chief Commercial Officer, and Chief Digital Officer, working across sectors such as insurance, gaming, retail, e-commerce, SaaS, and B2B. Throughout his career, he has been accountable for turning technology investment into real execution, revenue growth, and operational performance.
